About the Role :
We are seeking a dependable, organized, and proactive individual to oversee daily operations in our healthcare office. This role requires learning all front and back office positions so you can step in where needed, support staff, and ensure the office runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities :
Learn all office roles, including HPT / therapies, assisting doctors, front desk, and checkoutMonitor staff on the floor to ensure productivity and proper workflowProvide hands-on support to any position during busy periods or staff shortagesOversee staff training for all roles and ensure protocols are consistently followedAddress staff performance issues, including coaching and discipline as neededAssist with administrative tasks such as checking reports, checking paperwork, etc.Help maintain a clean, efficient, and professional office environmentWhat Were Looking For :
