About the Role
We are looking for a Clinical Commercialization Lead to act as the translator between the bedside and the business . This role bridges the gap between clinical expertise, hands-on product testing, and market adoption.

What You'll Do
Clinical Engagement & Market Adoption (60%)
1- Lead Peer-to-Peer Conversations : Conduct genuine conversations with nurses, RTs, and physicians to gather unfiltered feedback on their challenges and needs.
2 - Be the Clinical Face of the Product : Serve as the clinical expert during product demonstrations and pilot programs, helping fellow clinicians understand how the device improves their workflow.
3 - Translate Insights : Take what you hear from users and translate it into clear guidance regarding user needs and requirements for our engineering team.
4 - Create Clinical Resources : Assist in developing training guides, educational content, and clinical messaging that resonates with medical professionals.
Lab Testing & Product Development (20%)
1 - Hands-On Evaluation : Execute simulated use scenarios, bench tests, and usability sessions to ensure our device is intuitive and safe.
2 - Clinical Reality Checks : Participate in design reviews to ensure our engineering decisions reflect the reality of a busy hospital environment.
3 - Validation : Interpret test findings to identify workflow risks or opportunities for improvement.
Operational Support (20%)
1 - Quality Management Systems (QMS) : Learn the foundations of Medical Device reporting and ensure our testing aligns with necessary compliance and safety standards.
2 - Documentation : Produce clear summaries of your interviews, pilot activities, and test results to maintain traceability.
3 - Coordination : Manage the logistics for interviews, pilot activities, and testing sessions.
Skills & Tools
Collaboration : Slack, Asana, Microsoft, Google Workspace.
Quality System : Greenlight Guru (Ultralight).
Hardware / Lab : Formlabs (3D Printing), basic bench testing equipment.
Data : Excel / Google Sheets (for organizing clinical data and trackers).
Grant Writing : SBIRs, DoD, and foundation grants
General Qualifications
Background : Clinical or technical background (e.g., RN, RRT, Paramedic, Biomedical Engineering, or similar field).
Experience : 2–10 years of direct patient care, OR 1–3 years of relevant industry experience (e.g., Clinical Specialist, Sales Associate).
Work Style : You operate with high autonomy but strong collaborative instincts. Success here requires the judgment to escalate issues quickly and the ability to adjust your approach as you learn.

Base Salary : $90,000 – $125,000
