Overview

Service Technical Support (Swing) role at Keysight Technologies.

Location : Santa Rosa, CA (onsite).

Position Details

Location : 100% onsite at 1400 Fountain Grove Parkway, Santa Rosa, CA, 95403.
Work schedule : Monday through Friday, 2 : 00 PM to 10 : 30 PM (40 hours / week).
Contract duration : Approximately 24 months (Target Start / End Date : 10 / 13 / 2025 10 / 12 / 2027).

Job Description

The Quality Operations Support candidate will support Keysight's manufactured test equipment.

Responsibilities

Mechanical measurement of precision milled and turned sub-miniature high-frequency electronic parts to ensure functionality and accuracy.

Perform inspection of sub-assemblies, final assemblies, or Keysight products.

Interpret prints, manufacturing drawings, and / or diagrams in approving or rejecting in-process or final assemblies.

Maintain records and / or databases.

Work within the designated area of expertise; clarify, analyze, develop, and implement actions and solutions while supporting Keysight technicians and NPI Engineers.

Qualifications

Prior experience is strongly preferred.

At least 4 years of related experience.

Requires some education, and / or specialized training / certification.

Must have strong Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) background and be able to read blueprints. Basic understanding of mechanical metrology hand tool usage.

GD&T experience is a MUST; not trainable.

Experience using automated software platforms is a plus. Strong PC (MS Windows / Office) skills are a must.

Experience with Coordinate Measuring Machine and Optical Surface Profilers preferred.

Requires excellent communication and organizational skills.

Demonstrates electronic and mechanical competence.

Works with clearly defined objectives; solves technical problems of limited scope and complexity.

Exhibits the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with a wide range of people.

Adheres to the highest standards of business ethics and contributes to team delivery goals.

Exercises good discretion in the use of time and Keysight resources.

Maintains high workmanship standards and delivers on commitments.

Adheres to established processes and is responsible for achieving established team goals.

Pay Transparency

This pay range is $33.47 / hr (base) for this position.
