Overview : Reports to the Executive Director of Corporate Health and Wellness Operations.

Qualifications

Education : Bachelor's of Science degree in Health / Wellness-related field. Licensure : Licensure as appropriate in the applicable state of practice. Experience : 3-5 years' experience in Healthcare. Previous experience researching, designing, and delivering Health Promotion presentations to groups. 2 years of leading or supervising co-workers. Certification / Registration : AHA Basic Life Support certification. Complete phlebotomy certification within 4 weeks. Other : Knowledge of health care reimbursement and finance, physician practices, physician compensation and patient accounting. Must have good computer skills. Knowledge of services related to occupational medicine. Knowledge of OSHA standards. Strong verbal and written skills. Knowledge in wellness and program development for industry. Knowledge of HRA components and impact on ROI for industry.

Working Conditions : Regular and punctual attendance. Confinement in tight, crowded, noisy and drafty workspaces. Frequent mobility in accessing files, charts, and patients. Ability to travel extensively in a four-state region. Ability to communicate effectively with patients and Clinic personnel. Legible handwriting. Requirement to maintain strict confidentiality of patient information. Ability to work under stress. Willingness to work a flexible schedule. Rigid accuracy in the identification and reporting of co-worker directions, patient instructions, medications, data billing and payments. Willingness to use personal protective equipment in compliance with exposure control program. Preferred Certification / Registration : Certified Wellness Coach.
