Position Summary :
We are looking for a hands-on, highly experienced Sage expert to take the lead in driving the successful adoption, implementation, and daily use of Sage Intacct and Sage for Construction across our multi-location organization. This role is critical for our growth and will be an integral role in developing our system solution team. We need someone who can hit the ground running as the go-to resource from day one.
In this role, you’ll work directly with teams across all locations to lead tool development, deliver training, troubleshoot issues, work with consultants on custom solutions and ensure the system is being used effectively and consistently company wide. This position also has the potential to grow into a larger IT role, with Sage remaining the top priority.
Responsibilities & Duties :
- Serve as the internal subject matter expert for all things Sage - Sage for Construction and Sage for Operations
- Lead system adoption and act as the primary contact for Sage users across the organization
- Develop, document, and maintain training materials, guides, and tools
- Train end users at all levels — in-person and remotely — and support onboarding of new users
- Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing user support with speed and accuracy
- Partner with leadership and department heads to align Sage functionality with business needs
- Identify gaps in system usage or understanding and proactively work to close them
- Recommend process improvements and system enhancements to increase efficiency
- Own the relationship with Sage support and stay current on product updates
- Collaborate with IT stakeholders and provide input on broader systems initiatives, with the opportunity to take on additional IT responsibilities over time
Qualifications :
Extensive experience with Sage and Sage for Construction (required)Proven ability to lead ERP implementation, adoption, and end-user trainingStrong understanding of construction-related workflows and system requirementsExcellent communication skills — clear, patient, and confident working with users at all levelsAbility to work independently and manage priorities across multiple locationsHighly resourceful and comfortable being the “go to” person in a fast-paced environmentExperience building tools, documentation, and supporting remote usersBackground in construction, real estate, or related industries preferredOther :
