Pappe is looking for a floor manager to join the team! As a Restaurant Floor Manager at Pappe you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our dining establishment. You will lead our front-of-house team, oversee the dining experience, and maintain the highest standards of the guest experience. Key Responsibilities :

• Make weekly schedules for employees and communicate that with all employees
• Facilitate team-building activities
• Delegate to staff but facilitate and cultivate an inclusive and respectful work environment for staff and guests
• Communicate with culinary team and other heads of departments when necessary
• Ensure the productivity of team members in both back and front of house
• Greet and accommodate guests requests
• Ensure service standards are top-notch
• Find room for improvement in all aspects, especially service and customer satisfaction
• Monitor and adhere to safety and hygiene standards and procedures
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints
