Real Estate Project Manager
Carlton Fields is seeking a Real Estate Project Manager for its Atlanta office. The Real Estate Project Manager will work closely with the real estate practice group owning complex real estate transactions. This position will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of commercial real estate transactions from initial deal intake through closing and post-closing while coordinating with attorneys, clients, title companies, lenders, and other third-party professionals. The Real Estate Project Manager is expected to take a hands-on approach to accomplishing operating objectives and to take responsibility for the overall delivery of closing documents. In addition, the Real Estate Project Manager will participate in reviewing the practice groups processes, make recommendations, and implementation of new / updated processes and procedures.
Duties :
Education / Experience : Bachelors degree preferred. Minimum 5 years working with commercial real estate. Minimum 7 years working in a law firm.
