Perform laptop builds, upgrades, repairs, and replacements. Configure and support mobile devices (iPhone & Android). Assist with AV system setup and troubleshooting. Set up accounts, provision hardware, and lead IT orientation during new-hire onboarding. Properly offboard users, disable accounts, reclaim assets, and ensure secure data handling. Maintain accurate onboarding / offboarding documentation in line with security policies. Assist with software and hardware installation, configuration, and upgrades. Maintain IT documentation, policies, and procedures. Support procurement, tracking, and lifecycle management of IT assets. Collaborate with the IT team to enhance processes and service quality. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience. 3+ years of IT support experience in a professional environment. Strong proficiency with Windows OS, macOS, iOS, and Android. Experience administering Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, Jira, Okta, and Microsoft Office. Familiarity with JAMF, ManageEngine, or other device-management / security tools is a plus. Experience with AV systems (Zoom) preferred. Solid understanding of wired and wireless networking concepts. Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset. Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Google, etc.) are an asset. Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute.

About the Role
The IT Support Specialist is responsible for providing high-quality technical support, maintaining end-user systems, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations across hardware, software, and communication platforms. The ideal candidate is technically strong, solutions-oriented, and passionate about delivering an exceptional user experience.
Responsibilities
End-User Support
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 help desk support via phone, email, and ticketing system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android environments.
- Document incidents and resolutions clearly within the support system.
- Manage, maintain, and continuously improve the help desk workflow.
