What You’ll Do

• Partner with the Executive Chef to manage daily food service operations.
• Ensure meals are prepared on time and up to quality standards.
• Monitor inventory and place orders as needed.
• Support, train, and mentor kitchen staff.
• Enforce food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety protocols.
• Step in and oversee kitchen operations when the Executive Chef is away.

Schedule

This position follows a rotational hitch schedule : 5 weeks on, 10 days off. Flexibility to work this schedule is required.
