About The Position

Job Title : Nuclear Medicine Technologist Profession : Radiology / Cardiology Specialty : Nuclear Medicine Tech Duration : 12 weeks Shift : Day 4x10-Hour Hours per Shift : 10 Experience : Minimum 2 years License : Must hold a valid license Certifications : BLS, ARRT-R, NMTCB Must-Have : - Proficiency with Xceleris processing system - Proficiency with Fuji Synapse 5 - PACS system - Proficiency with AtomLab960 Thyroid Probe / Well Counter - Proficiency with Capintec CRC-55tR dose calibrator - Proficiency with Capintec CRC-15 Beta dose calibrator - Proficiency with LudLum Model 14C survey meter - Proficiency with Bicron 2000 survey meter Description : Minimum two years of experience is required. First-time applicants are not accepted. Patient population includes adolescents to geriatrics. Call requirements are weekdays and weekends. Staff take call one week (seven days) per month. During the week, call starts at shift end until 2300. On weekends, call is from 0700 to 2300. If one major holiday occurs during the assignment period, the traveler is expected to work it. If two major holidays occur, the traveler is expected to work both. If three major holidays occur, the traveler is expected to work two holidays. Major holidays include New Year's Eve and Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving / Black Friday, and Christmas Eve and Day. Full compliance is required to start on time. Clinical screening will be conducted to determine fit. Candidate must be open to floating within the organization. Candidates must have travel experience.
