Requirements

Key Responsibilities :

• Client Engagement : Develop and nurture relationships with federal agency stakeholders, identifying their needs and aligning our solutions to meet those needs.
• Sales Strategy : Create and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new federal markets and expand existing accounts.
• Proposal Development : Lead the preparation of proposals, presentations, and other communications to showcase our capabilities.
• Market Intelligence : Stay abreast of trends and developments in the federal landscape, including key agencies, policies, and procurement processes.
• Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and project delivery, to ensure client satisfaction and alignment on business objectives.
• Performance Tracking : Monitor and report on sales metrics, pipeline, and performance against targets to ensure accountability and continuous improvement.
