Overview :
We are seeking an experienced technology leader to serve in an interim capacity overseeing a back-office transformation initiative. This role will provide hands-on leadership and ensure successful execution of an enterprise systems strategy and implementation roadmap. The engagement is expected to be approximately 80% FTE over a six- to eight-month period.
Responsibilities :
- Serve as the internal lead for the companys back-office transformation, driving alignment across finance, operations, and IT.
- Oversee third-party consulting and implementation partners, ensuring project milestones, budgets, and deliverables are met.
- Guide internal teams through system selection, design, and deployment, with a focus on adoption, process optimization, and operational continuity.
- Establish governance and reporting frameworks to track progress, manage risk, and communicate updates to company leadership.
- Partner with internal IT operations and business leaders to ensure alignment on priorities and timelines.
- Lead change management and training initiatives to support the transition to new systems and workflows.
Qualifications :
10+ years of IT or business systems leadership experience with a proven record of delivering enterprise transformation initiatives.Strong background in ERP strategy, selection, and implementation (NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics preferred).Experience managing external implementation partners and ensuring cross-functional accountability.Comfortable operating in manufacturing, field service, or other blue-collar, operationally intensive environments.Skilled in stakeholder management and communication across technical and business teams.Private equity experience a plus, but not required.
