Interim IT Transformation Lead - Boston (Boston)

Overview :

We are seeking an experienced technology leader to serve in an interim capacity overseeing a back-office transformation initiative. This role will provide hands-on leadership and ensure successful execution of an enterprise systems strategy and implementation roadmap. The engagement is expected to be approximately 80% FTE over a six- to eight-month period.

Responsibilities :

• Serve as the internal lead for the companys back-office transformation, driving alignment across finance, operations, and IT.
• Oversee third-party consulting and implementation partners, ensuring project milestones, budgets, and deliverables are met.
• Guide internal teams through system selection, design, and deployment, with a focus on adoption, process optimization, and operational continuity.
• Establish governance and reporting frameworks to track progress, manage risk, and communicate updates to company leadership.
• Partner with internal IT operations and business leaders to ensure alignment on priorities and timelines.
• Lead change management and training initiatives to support the transition to new systems and workflows.
