Key job responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap : Develop and execute comprehensive product strategies aligned with Woots business objectives and customer needs. Own the full product lifecycle from ideation through launch and iteration.
Program Management : Design processes and mechanisms to drive stakeholder alignment to successfully deliver complex cross-functional projects
Cross-functional Leadership : Collaborate closely with engineering design marketing and business teams to deliver high-impact product features that allow the business to scale.
Customer Experience Optimization : Continuously improve user journeys across Woots platform focusing on conversion engagement and satisfaction
Data-Driven Decision Making : Leverage analytics customer insights and market research to inform product decisions and measure success
A day in the life
Spend significant time collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineering design marketing and business stakeholders to drive product strategy feature development and optimize user experiences.
Design robust processes for managing complex multi-team projects while ensuring stakeholder alignment throughout the product lifecycle.
Throughout the day balance strategic roadmap planning with tactical execution focusing on improving customer journeys measuring key performance indicators and implementing solutions that enhance Woots competitive position in the e-commerce marketplace.
Lead meetings with key stakeholders and leadership to provide updates drive strategic decision-making and facilitate discussion on highly debated topics.

The Woot Product team is a small but high-impact group that serves as the strategic backbone of Woots innovation initiatives. Working in close partnership with Woots leadership team this agile team drives business growth through data-driven product decisions and cross-functional collaboration. They focus on optimizing customer experience identifying new market opportunities and implementing scalable solutions that enhance Woots unique position in the e-commerce landscape. Despite their compact size the teams deep understanding of Woots business model and customer base enables them to deliver outsized results making them instrumental in shaping the companys product roadmap and driving sustainable growth across all channels.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104700 / year in our lowest geographic market up to $179600 / year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity sign-on payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and / or other benefits.
