Summary : The Patient Services Specialist will be responsible for completing the patient registration process, answering incoming calls, and scheduling appointments. This role will manage patient call workloads and enter phone notes. You would be successful in this role if you have excellent customer service skills, are adaptable, patient, and are culturally sensitive.

Qualifications :

• Prior appointment scheduling experience (preferred)
• Previous computer and customer service experience (required)
• Knowledge of medical terminology is beneficial in this role
