What You'll Be Doing :

Assisting the orthodontist chairside during procedures
Helping patients feel comfortable, informed, and cared for
Keeping things moving in a high-energy, multi-location practice
Supporting your teammates and celebrating wins (we love team spirit!)

This role requires flexibility to travel between our Reno, Sparks, and Carson City offices.

What We're Looking For :

Dental / Ortho Assisting Experience : 13 years preferred (but we're willing to train the right person!)

Great Communicator : Friendly, clear, and upbeat

Team Player : We're big on collaboration and positive vibes

Flexible & Reliable : Must be able to travel to all locations
