The Role : As a Lead Software Engineer, you will be instrumental in developing and enhancing digital products that enable shippers to optimize freight movement globally. Your expertise will drive the design and implementation of scalable systems, spanning APIs, infrastructure, and user interfaces. Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, designers, and fellow engineers, to build reliable and scalable systems.
• Engage with clients, market experts, and the broader Breakthrough team to develop innovative solutions addressing industry challenges.
• Lead the comprehensive design and implementation of new product features and services.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and integrate them into our cloud-native solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable code with extensive automated tests.
• Review pull requests, mentor team members, and help elevate technical standards.
• Contribute to technical strategy, system design, and process enhancements.
• Participate in the on-call rotation and support production systems, embracing shared ownership.
