Will position be required to float to other units? Potential to float to acute care

Number of beds in your facility? 11

1-2 years experience

BLS

Preferred experience level? Experience in IPR preferred.

What is the work schedule for this position? Monday-Friday with potentials for holidays.

EMR for your facility : Epic

Scrub colors / dress code : Caribbean Blue Scrubs or Khaki pants and a polo shirt

Parking Location : Free Employee Parking behind building

Required Qualifications

Occupational Therapist, Rehab

Experience : 1 year

Licenses : OT-MI(Copy needed)

Certifications : BLS-AHA(Copy needed); OTR-National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy(Copy needed)

Work History : Should not be more than 90 days of gap in last 1 year
