Reconstruction Technician

Primary Responsibilities :

• Providing construction services as required on small construction projects
• Working with rough and finish carpentry
• Working with drywall- start to finish
• Painting
• Installing pre-finished hardwoods and laminates

Job Type : Full-time

Normal Working Hours :

This is a full-time position, working 7 : 45 a.m.–4 : 15 p.m., Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week. This position occasionally requires long hours (beyond 8 hours a day), working on-call, and weekend work in support of emergency services. Travel is required and is primarily local. However, some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected.

Requirements :

Applicants must possess strong skills in reading, writing, speaking, and comprehending communication and instructions effectively.

English is a requirement

Spanish, with a strong understanding of English, is preferred, but not required.
