PNC is looking for a Mortgage Loan Officer within its Mortgage organization. This position is based in Boston, MA and requires time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities can be performed remotely. PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.

Responsibilities include recommending loan solutions in accordance with lending guidelines and clients' requirements, managing a portfolio of customer relationships, developing and preparing loan solutions, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to complete mortgage transactions.

PNC employees are expected to be customer focused and managing risk. Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for the role. Preferred skills include banking products, client prospecting, customer relationships, customer solutions, documentation, innovation, mortgages, and sales.

Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree with less than 1 year of professional experience and / or a formal development program. No degree is required. Candidates will be subject to background checks as required by Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations.

Base Salary : $37,440.00 $37,440.00. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data, and individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business, and / or individual performance.
