• Lead training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and career growth opportunities.
• Monitor and manage performance review processes, providing guidance to managers and employees.
• Collaborate with leadership to create a culture that supports diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Provide strategic counsel to senior management on HR-related matters.
