Job Description

Qualifications

3-5 years of UX experience
College degree or equivalent
Efficient in creating wireframes, interaction flows, and clickable prototypes for web and mobile experiences; Axure experience highly desirable
Demonstrated excellence in presentation skills, both spoken and written. Utilizes graphic design tools and PowerPoint to develop presentations and templates that tell a story about UX research and work
Experience with user task analysis and personas
Familiar with information architecture techniques used to structure digital information
Experience planning, coordinating, and conducting usability tests to ensure product’s ease of use (preferred, but not required)
Demonstrated experience working as a member of a geographically dispersed team

Responsibilities

Assist in the development of UX enhancements to existing websites and for future projects (web, mobile)

Understand business and software requirements and projects, and identify user tasks

Assist in designing and running usability tests using User Testing platform

Create wireframes, interaction models, and clickable prototypes

Develop PowerPoint presentations about UX activities and deliverables
