We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Omnichannel Marketing Manager to lead digital merchandising and marketing initiatives across key retail and e-commerce partners including Amazon, Wayfair, Lowe's, Home Depot, and Ferguson Home. This role will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversion in both B2B and B2C environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital merchandising, team leadership, and experience supporting omnichannel strategies for complex product categories.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a small team of marketing professionals focused on digital merchandising, content creation, and campaign execution.
• Develop and implement omnichannel marketing strategies tailored to each retail partner's platform and audience.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and creative teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and optimized product presentation across channels.
• Drive digital merchandising excellence including enhanced content, A+ pages, SEO optimization, and promotional planning.
• Analyze performance metrics and customer insights to refine campaigns and improve ROI.
• Present case studies and examples of successful digital campaigns in both B2B and B2C spaces.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and agency / vendor relationships to ensure efficient execution.
• Stay current on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in e-commerce and retail marketing.
