_Army AIT Instructor (MOS 91F)_

The following information provides an overview of the skills, qualities, and qualifications needed for this role.

• Responsibilities :
• we will expect candidates to provide instructor services for Advanced Individual Training (AIT) training IAW programs of instruction. Successful completion of active-duty military service, or service (current or past) or in a Reserve component, is a must. Training may be in classroom or in bay training, hands-on performance oriented training, and simulation / virtual training, which requires teaching a government-approved curriculum for 91-series MOSs. Instructor experience is preferred, but not required.
• Required Experience Qualifications :
• Have a minimum of three (3) years each of technical and tactical experience in MOS 91F for which they will be performing on this task order.
• Be certified in MOS and ASI specific technical training prior to the start of performance on this task order.
• Be proficient in Microsoft (MS) Office computer programs (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and Excel) to ensure the ability to access required training tools.
• Have knowledge of applicable regulations and doctrine regarding MOS or ASI-specific training and have superior written and oral communication skills.
• Be detail oriented and have excellent organization, planning, coordination and time management skills.
• Have effective problem solving and interpersonal skills.
• Have the ability to pass and shall pass all hands-on and written student tests IAW OD Regulation 350-18.
• Meet training, technical and tactical certification of course content of the course they are contracted to deliver. xklufbp
• Education / Security / Certification Requirements :
• Common Faculty Development-Instructor Course (CFDIC) or its equivalent within the last five (5) years
• TRADOC Initial Military Training (IMT) Installation Staff and Contractors Training Course (ISCTC)
• Blackboard 101 Instructor Training
