JOB GOAL :

Provide flexibility in meeting campus needs by assisting in the office and / or in the classrooms as determined by the principal.

• Educational Aide I Paraprofessional Certificate
• High School Diploma or GED

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

EQUIPMENT USED :

Copier multi-line telephone facsimile audiovisual equipment and computer / peripherals

WORKING CONDITIONS :

Maintain emotional control under stress

Work with frequent interruptions

Frequent requests to complete work in restrictive timeframes

May inlcude a lot of Standing stooping bending

May be required to lift up to 30 pounds without assistance

Safety :

Contribute to the prevention of accidents and injuries by observing safety rules and District policy practicing the principles and skills taught in safety training wearing personal protective equipment as required reporting injuries and incidences immediately to supervisor and being proactive in the ongoing efforts to improve and maintain workplace safety.
