As an intern, your time will be divided between a core program shared with the entire cohort and specialized work, projects, and programming tailored to the department you join.

The Enterprise Benefits Solutions team is excited to announce an incredible opportunity for an intern in our 2026 summer program! This role offers the chance to gain valuable experience at the Denver office, with a flexible weekly schedule of 4 days in the office and 1 day remote.

Daily responsibilities will include :

• Conduct benchmarking reports, perform data analysis, and support RFP / sourcing initiatives using strong Excel skills.
• Prepare preliminary updates to communication documents and assist in developing client-ready PowerPoint presentations.
• Participate in client interactions and contribute to project objectives with professionalism and clarity.
• Attend and engage in client-facing meetings to observe processes, gather insights, and support team deliverables.
• Demonstrate detail-oriented work habits and professional communication skills across all tasks and projects.

Because of this, preference is given to students closer to graduation, who demonstrate a curiosity about future employment within our industry.

This internship is designed as a learning and development opportunity and does not include participation in the medical, dental, and vision insurance, and any other benefits program that are provided solely to regular full-time associates. You will, however, enjoy IMA paid holidays and five days of LifeBalance PTO during your internship. The LifeBalance PTO is inclusive of vacation, sick time or personal time.

This position is classified as nonexempt and is paid on an hourly basis. The hourly pay range for IMA interns is $18.00 to $22.00 and is determined by your expected graduating year. You will be paid for all hours worked and will be eligible for overtime in accordance with federal and state wage and hour laws.
