About the Role :
As an Insurance Sales Consultant, you will be the trusted advisor who connects with clients to understand their unique insurance needs. You’ll provide expert guidance on tailored insurance solutions that protect what matters most—whether it’s their family, home, or business. Your efforts will be key to growing our customer base, building lasting trust, and delivering outstanding service from the very first conversation through policy issuance and beyond.

Identify and engage prospective clients through referrals, networking, and outreachConduct thorough needs assessments and recommend insurance products tailored to clients’ goals and budgetsBuild and maintain strong, trusting, long-term client relationshipsExplain complex insurance terms clearly and effectively, making it easy for clients to understandConsistently meet and exceed sales targets while upholding the highest ethical standardsStay current on industry trends, products, and regulations to provide expert adviceWhat We’re Looking For :
Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial servicesStrong interpersonal and communication skills with a consultative sales approachSelf-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient in a competitive environmentAbility to quickly build rapport and earn clients’ trustInsurance licensing or willingness to obtain licenses (we provide full support!)A genuine desire to help clients protect their assets and plan for a secure futureAbout Our Agency :
