GreenVine Insurance is one of the largest and fastest-growing health insurance agencies in Miami. We’re expanding our in-office sales team in Doral and looking for driven, competitive individuals ready to launch a high-earning career in sales.

No insurance experience? No problem. We’ll train you, help you get licensed (2-15 or 2-40), and provide all the leads and coaching you need to succeed. Our reps thrive in a lively, high-energy office environment with daily training, mentorship, and career growth opportunities.

This is a W-2 position with base pay, uncapped commissions, and bonuses — no independent contractor headaches. Top performers can quickly scale into six-figure earners.

What You’ll Do

  • Handle inbound calls from prospects interested in health insurance
  • Guide clients through plan options and help them enroll
  • Use proven scripts and maintain compliance with industry standards
  • Work in-office Monday through Friday in our Doral location
  • Participate in daily coaching and ongoing skill development

    • What You’ll Need

  • Strong communication skills and a competitive drive
  • A willingness to obtain a Florida 2-15 or 2-40 License (we’ll assist if you’re not yet licensed)
  • A strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Full-time availability (in-office only, no remote work)

    • Schedule

  • Monday–Thursday :  9 : 30 AM – 6 : 00 PM
  • Friday :  9 : 30 AM – 5 : 00 PM

    • Compensation

  • W-2 position with guaranteed base pay
  • Uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses
  • First-year earning potential : $80K–$100K+
