Project Manager
Parkhill is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Healthcare Team. This role leads all phases of healthcare design projects with a focus on quality, schedule, and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate brings strong problem-solving skills, practical execution, and a solid understanding of healthcare design needs. Responsibilities
- Serve as primary liaison with clients and stakeholders, providing innovative and relevant project solutions.
- Manage effective communication between the client and internal project teams
- Develop and manage project scope, schedule, fee structure, and budget to achieve successful project outcomes
- Monitor project costs, staffing, and resource utilization to maintain profitability
- Direct and oversee multiple projects simultaneously
- Support team members to ensure timely and quality project completion
- Build and maintain strong client relationships; contribute to client development initiatives
- Conduct site visits and assessments as needed
- Develop design concepts and proposals, including detailed drawings and specifications
- Collaborate with engineering teams and external consultants to integrate systems and designs
- Present design solutions to clients and stakeholders, incorporating feedback and securing approvals
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
Licensed Architect or ability to obtain licensureMinimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare designAt least 3 years of experience managing healthcare projectsProficient in Revit Architecture, Microsoft Word, Excel, Bluebeam, and SketchUpStrong time management skills with exceptional attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skills to support effective collaboration across teams and with clientsBenefits and Perks
