Operational Directors passionately oversee an area of the restaurant as well as lead their Supervisors and team members within their area. They will work closely with other Supervisors and Directors to implement operational strategies that both grow the business while maintaining a culture of care that is reflective of our purpose and values. Lastly, they will help us serve and win the hearts of our amazing guests.

Responsibilities :

Our Operational Directors will be immersed into the operations of our business, having the opportunity to learn both Front of House and Back of House duties for a well rounded understanding of the business. They will be expected to work in the daily operation of the restaurant while leading one of our main restaurant areas (Hospitality, Drive Thru, Kitchen, etc.).
