• Scheduled clinical hours plus call coverage
• 16 - 18 patient encounters per day
• Inpatient psychiatry unit
• Call response time required within 15 minutes
• Approximately 5 admissions per shift
• Average 15 phone consultations per shift
• Both morning and evening rounding required
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
