The Rebuild Technician plays a key role in supporting ANDRITZ Feed & Biofuel's service center operations by restoring and rebuilding critical pellet mill components to factory standards. Reporting to the Service Station Manager, this position ensures product quality, equipment reliability, and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced service environment.

Responsibilities may include, but are not necessarily limited to the following :

• Evaluate used pellet mill dies to determine repair requirements.
• Disassemble and reassemble pellet mill roller assemblies using hydraulic presses and related tools.
• Operate overhead cranes and forklifts to handle and transport components safely.
• Use precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, dial indicators, and verniers.
• Track materials used per shop order, monitor inventory, and requisition replacement parts as needed.
• Package dies and rollers for return shipment to customers.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Keep the work area organized, clean, and compliant with safety procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental and company objectives. Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies
• Support other manufacturing operations as required; perform other duties as assigned
• Continuously seek improvements in safety, quality, lead times, and cost reduction through teamwork and personal initiative
