Maxwood Furniture is a rapidly growing furniture company with an expanding portfolio of brands such as Max & Lily, Plank + Beam, and Maxtrix. Since launching over two decades ago, we have established multiple sales channels including our DTC websites and third-party marketplaces.

What You’ll Do
- Be the Data-Driven Catalyst : Monitor and analyze full-funnel KPIs across e-commerce marketplaces. Deliver sharp trend and seasonality insights to fuel smarter decision-making around capital planning, resource allocation, and channel strategies.
- Partner Cross-Functionally : Work hand-in-hand with teams in channel management, product development, operations, and branding to build and execute initiatives that align with broader company goals.
- Champion Product Health : Own lifecycle oversight for product performance—including inventory analysis, new product launches, liquidation strategies, and go-to-market tracking.
- Lead Strategic Innovation Projects : Identify and drive high-impact initiatives—such as optimizing cost structures, rationalizing SKUs, proposing packaging efficiencies, or retiring underperforming products.
- Drive Smart Pricing : Analyze product pricing through the lens of performance, elasticity, profitability, and margin contribution—then guide pricing strategies accordingly.
- Empower with Reporting : Leverage and enhance existing data infrastructure to deliver actionable, self-service reporting for all initiatives under your purview.
- Build for Scale : Create and refine SOPs that enable repeatable, high-quality analytics processes across the department.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in any of the following or related fields : Business, Finance, Mathematics, or Data / Computer Science.1-2 years of experience in an analyst or analyst-related role.Knowledge or experience with eCommerce marketplaces.Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (word, excel, PowerPoint, outlook, copilot).Fast learning skills with fine attention to detail.Approaches problems with a quantitative mindset.Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills.Strong communication and organization skills.Ability to organize and prioritize workload based on business needs.Able to pivot quickly when ad hoc work is required.Why You’ll Love Working With Us
