Human Resources Coordinator

The Human Resources Coordinator role provides support with a focus on candidate experience as well as administration of the talent acquisition (TA) process. Coordinators work closely with the talent acquisition specialists to understand client requirements, certifications, and onboarding for new employees. Using technology and tools, the HR Coordinator will have primary responsibility for ensuring candidates have appropriately met the job description's certification requirements, completed their background check, and have met the Employee Health requirements.

Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the talent acquisition team to onboard new candidates.
  • Provides direction to candidates on hospital specific location, parking, travel and relocation reimbursement instructions.
  • Administers payment for authorized reimbursements.
  • Administers support to candidates contacting the team for application assistance.
  • Coordinates orientation set up for new hires by creating badge IDs, name tents, rosters, and communication to candidates
  • Maintains front desk duties by welcoming new hires for their onboarding materials, 2nd round interviews, and walk-ins
  • Performs Other Responsibilities as Assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Degree : High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience :
  • Supervisor Experience : Non-Required
  • Licenses & Certification : Non-required
  • Preferred Qualifications
