We are seeking a skilled web developer for a contract position with flexible, varied hours to manage one of our client’s CMS-based microsites. The ideal candidate will serve as the bridge between our client’s technical infrastructure and cross-functional business partners, ensuring our client’s web presence effectively meets all stakeholder needs.

Key Responsibilities

Manage our client’s headless CMS platform and maintain content architecture

Collaborate with Marketing, Brand, Legal, Product, and Customer Support teams to implement website updates

Ensure website content and design meets cross-functional business requirements

Make code modifications to enable new CMS customizations

Optimize website performance and user experience

Document processes and provide training to content creators

Required Technical Skills

Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and TypeScript

Experience with React and Vue UI frameworks

Familiarity with server frameworks including Nuxt.js and Next.js

Experience working with headless CMS platforms (Strapi experience preferred)

Understanding of responsive design principles

Version control using Git

Required Qualifications

2-3+ years of front-end development experience

Portfolio demonstrating relevant web development work

Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts to non technical stakeholders

Experience working in cross-functional teams

Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with SEO best practices

Understanding of web accessibility standards

Knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics) for measuring website usage and performance

Salary Range

35.08 - $55.38 USD (Hourly)
