Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Provide safe and effective fitness instruction to help our members attain their fitness goals 30%
• Responsible for achieving personal monthly revenue objectives established by MUSCs Personal Trainer Director 20%
• Promote and sale personal training programs and services to a highly engaged member base 15%
• Conduct fitness assessments 10%
• Design exercise programs tailored to meet member needs and goals 10%
• Maintain professional standards including punctuality proper attire teamwork and a clean and safe workout environment 5%
• Adjust and operate all fitness equipment 5%
• Effectively use Social Media to keep members engaged and to promote MUSC Wellness Center 5%
