Get benefit breakdowns for PPO Proficient in using dental office software such as Open Dental Assist with collecting co-payment for patient balances Maintain a clean patient waiting area and front desk Assist with administrative assignments as directed by the Front office lead Participate and support marketing initiatives for recalls and new patient growth Knows back office as well
