Our team members are at the heart of it all, and we’re looking for a skilled Turn / Maintenance Technician to join us at our Suffolk location.

A Day in the Life :

No two days are the same in this hands-on role! You’ll be a key part of making our community shine by :

• Preparing vacant apartments for new residents, ensuring they’re move-in ready
• Tackling a wide variety of maintenance requests, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical repairs
• Keeping our community beautiful by maintaining clean and safe grounds and common areas
• Jumping in on other tasks as needed to keep the property running smoothly
