Senior IT Project Manager

Location : Preferred in Cedar Rapids, Iowa

Work Format : Hybrid (In-office TuesdayThursday in Cedar Rapids, Philadelphia, Denver, or Baltimore), 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage medium to high-complexity projects across cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.
• Develop and execute project plans, manage resources, timelines, and budgets, and ensure delivery to quality standards.
• Facilitate meetings, document outcomes, resolve issues, and provide regular status updates.
• Mentor team members and promote project management best practices and methodologies.
• Navigate ambiguity and support strategic initiatives within the Office of the Chief Operating Officer.
