The Global Staffing Project Manager will lead and manage a complex staff augmentation engagement supporting a major financial services client. This role is responsible for coordinating offshore and nearshore teams, ensuring seamless delivery, and maintaining high client satisfaction. You will oversee resource planning, onboarding, and performance monitoring while acting as the primary U.S.-based point of contact for clients and stakeholders. The position involves aligning global teams, implementing KPIs, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and facilitating clear communication across multiple geographies. Accountabilities

Serve as the primary U.S.-based delivery lead and client-facing contact for all staffing and project matters.

Coordinate with offshore and nearshore delivery teams to ensure timely staffing, alignment, and quality of services.

Lead staffing efforts including resource planning, onboarding, and cross-geography coordination.

Monitor and report on team performance, productivity, and service quality.

Facilitate regular client communication, providing status updates, resolving issues, and driving continuous improvement.

Develop, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as time-to-fill roles, candidate quality, and pipeline health.

Collaborate with internal departments (HR, legal, leadership) and external staffing vendors to ensure smooth operations.
