A company is looking for a Senior Development Writer to lead and execute the communications strategy for donor outreach. Key Responsibilities Lead and execute communications strategy for donor outreach and write materials to strengthen donor relationships Synthesize complex information into clear donor materials, including Impact Reports and grant proposals Manage grant calendar and deadlines, supporting the frontline fundraising team with various written communications Required Qualifications At least five years of writing experience in journalism, development, marketing, or communications Proven experience in creating persuasive and compelling cases for support, including grant writing Ability to synthesize and communicate complex issues clearly for varied audiences Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusivity Strong belief in the mission related to criminal justice reform
