IM Solutions is searching for an AV / IT Operations Manager responsible for overseeing and coordinating the AV / IT, Engineering and Service / Maintenance departments with a focus on quality, profitability, safety, and customer satisfaction. This position has tremendous growth opportunity including incentive to business ownership based upon performance and leadership ability. The ideal AV / IT Operations Manager will have strong leadership skills, experience in technology-based project management, entrepreneurial experience and / or spirit and a commitment to upholding our company's core values.

Reports to : Chief Technology Officer

Key Responsibilities :

1. Operations Management

• Coordinate, manage and prioritize project and company related tasks and resources on a daily basis.
• Maintain project scope, schedule, and budget to ensure on-time and within-budget completion
• Establish and enforce standards, policies, and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
