Are you ready to lead a team and ensure efficient operations in a dynamic warehouse environment? We are seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor with a focus on Inventory & Logistics. This role is pivotal in handling the flow of materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supervising warehouse staff.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Team Leadership : Guide a team of warehouse employees and a driver, setting schedules and directing departmental activities.
  • Inventory Management : Conduct cycle counts and annual inventories to maintain accuracy, working closely with production teams to match inventory with order requirements.
  • Logistics Coordination : Ensure timely packaging and shipment of parts and products, adhering to customer specifications using UPS, FedEx, and DHL platforms.
  • Warehouse Maintenance : Sustain a well-organized, safe workspace and manage inventory transfers to external locations.
  • Additional responsibilities as they arise, contributing to the overall success of the warehouse operations.

  • An ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
  • Detail-oriented with effective organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; forklift certification preferred.

    • Qualifications :

  • High school diploma mandatory, with a preference for candidates possessing five years of inventory control experience, particularly in aerospace manufacturing.
  • Minimum of two years in a leadership role.

    • Physical and Work Schedule :

    Role demands regular mobility, occasional lifting of items up to 50 pounds, and regular work hours Monday through Friday from 7 : 00 a.m. to 3 : 30 p.m.
