Position Summary :
We are seeking a Shift Supervisor for our Plant Operations in Bridgeport, CT. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the plant, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations, and driving revenue goals through optimal megawatt output.
Key Responsibilities :
- Maintain a safe work environment for all employees, contractors, and visitors
- Direct and develop Plant Operators to meet output goals safely
- Set operational priorities for maintenance activities
- Monitor and optimize plant performance using operational data
- Report plant conditions and incidents to management
- Provide training and guidance to Plant Operators
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and revenue goals
