About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its leadership team. As the CFO, you will be responsible for designing and executing financial strategies that align with the company's growth goals, leading all financial planning and reporting activities, and overseeing high-volume accounting functions and financial controls. Additionally, the role involves managing IT operations, championing process automation, and partnering with the supply chain to optimize financial performance.

Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a CPA (active) and MBA, with a preference for those with a strong academic background. A minimum of 9 years' multi-entity finance leadership experience, 10 years supporting nationwide organizations, and 5 years as a CFO in a billion-dollar organization is required. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in M&A leadership, be a dynamic communicator, and a trusted business partner with strong negotiation skills.
