About the Role
We’re looking for a sharp, reliable, and hands-on Operations Associate to support our day-to-day operations in Los Angeles. This person will work directly under our operations lead and act as our on-the-ground problem solver—keeping everything running smoothly and jumping in wherever needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as on-call operational support from Friday to Sunday approximately 11AM - 7PM
- Respond to real-time issues with customer orders.
- Complete laundry orders , including pickup, wash, dry, fold, and delivery
- Communicate clearly with customers and team members to resolve issues quickly and professionally
- Must have a vehicle to travel throughout the NoScrubs LA service area
- Spanish speaking idea
