Job Summary and Qualifications

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) is responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care during the designated shift. Working closely with the management team, the CNC will oversee nursing care according to established policies, assist in quality assessments, and foster a collaborative environment focused on excellent service and patient outcomes.

Responsibilities include :

Ensuring efficient patient admissions and discharges.

Contributing to the continuous assessment of patient care quality.

Creating a collaborative atmosphere that enhances teamwork and service delivery.

Promoting patient-first philosophy and engaging in service recovery when necessary.

Implementing strategies for employee engagement and development.

Managing staff scheduling and optimizing labor according to patient care needs.

Overseeing inventory control and supply management.

Qualifications needed :

Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment.

Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certification within 30 days of employment.

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
