Salary :

The annual salary for this position starts at $90000 and varies based on specific responsibilities and geographic location. Starting annual salary within this range will be determined based on the candidates experience qualifications and / or skillset.

Summary :

The Manufacturing Engineer will oversee the technical development of the production lines. Their duties include setup and maintaining the assembly lines developing testing procedures / equipment for quality assurance and gathering statistics to assess efficiency.

Essential Functions :

Production Support & Improvement

• Troubleshoot and resolve problems with production processes equipment and tools.
• Coordinate with various departments to execute and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Support New Production Introduction for production cells.
• Address technical issues (i.e. tool equipment process training etc.) resulting in potential delays and / or higher cost of production parts.
• Generate and implement sustainable processes using lean manufacturing principles to improve production.
• Lead / Participate in Kaizen and problem-solving activities.

Continuous Improvement & Documentation

Qualifications : Education :

Bachelors degree in engineering.
