Enterprise Asset Management Program Manager
The Squires Group is partnering with a well-established utility services organization to identify a very senior-level Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Program Manager to lead a large-scale transformation initiative. This high-impact role will focus on delivering strategic and operational excellence across enterprise asset management platforms and processes, supporting reliability and modernization efforts across multiple utility sites in the Southeastern U.S.
This is a client-facing leadership role requiring strong domain expertise, stakeholder management, and the ability to drive complex, multi-location programs. Travel to client sites across the region is required.
Responsibilities
Qualifications
12+ years of progressive experience in program / project management with a focus on Enterprise Asset Management.
Deep experience in the utility industry, particularly power, water, or gas sectors.
Proven history of leading complex, multi-year, multi-site EAM implementations.
Strong knowledge of systems such as IBM Maximo, Infor EAM, SAP PM, or similar platforms.
Exceptional communication, organizational, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability and willingness to travel regionally (estimated 5075%) to client sites as needed.
Preferred Qualifications :
PMP, PgMP, or equivalent program management certification.
Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards and asset reliability strategies (ISO 55000, etc.).
Experience interfacing with field operations and engineering groups.
