Immediately Hiring Part-Time Remote Call Center Agents at notifyMD!

Are you ready to join a dynamic, fast-paced team that is at the forefront of the call center industry? At notifyMD, our agents provide friendly, professional, and comprehensive support to our clients' customers. We handle calls for a variety of businesses from medical offices to apartment complexes and professional services ensuring every message is collected thoroughly and accurately. If you thrive in an environment where no two calls are the same and your work directly influences our clients' success, you will feel right at home.

Our unique part-time shifts are specifically designed to align with our peak call volume, offering you a set schedule of 15-19 hours per week. This includes short, 2-3 hour shifts on weekdays and one longer 5-hour shift on a weekend day. You will have consistent routine and always know when you are working. Since our clients need support year round, holiday work is also a requirement of the job.

What You Will Do :

  • Professionally handle a high volume of back-to-back incoming calls.
  • Greet callers, provide and request necessary information, transfer calls, or take messages.
  • Utilize our state of the art call processing system and other tools to prioritize customer needs effectively.
  • This is an inbound only position; we do not perform any outbound telemarketing or sales calls.

What We are Looking For :

  • This is a remote, work from home position. You must have a dedicated home office with no distractions and a quiet setting with no background noise.
  • A welcoming voice with an upbeat tone.
  • Strong command of the English language, with excellent spelling and grammar.
  • Computer proficiency in a Windows based environment.
  • Excellent attendance and reliability.
  • The ability to type 35 words per minute or more.
  • Bilingual skills in Spanish and / or French is a plus!
  • Technical Requirements :

  • A Windows PC or laptop (no Apple products, tablets or Chromebooks)
  • Your screen resolution must be at least 1600X900. Two monitors are preferred to help with efficiency.
  • A wired USB headset with a microphone
  • Broadband internet connection that can pass our speed test.
  • A direct Ethernet connection (no Wi-Fi)
  • 1 GB of available storage space
  • Compensation :
  • 20 per hour
  • Training will last approximately 1-2 weeks.
