We are seeking a Sales Manager with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in the home service industry (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or related trades) .

This office-based position is perfect for a high-energy, results-driven leader who thrives on coaching teams, improving performance, and maximizing revenue.

Responsibilities :

• Coach and mentor Service Technicians on selling maintenance agreements, indoor air quality products, and repair solutions.
• Train Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to identify sales opportunities, book quality calls, and upsell services.
• Work directly with Comfort Advisors to improve closing rates on HVAC system replacements.
• Monitor the dispatch board daily to ensure proper routing and match the right technician to the right call for maximum efficiency and sales potential.
• Set sales targets, monitor KPIs, and implement strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Conduct weekly sales meetings and provide regular performance feedback.
• Build a culture of accountability, positivity, and excellence across the sales team.
